Combining flexibility and responsibility: that is the essence of the Synergie Group's CSR policy since its creation. All of our employees share and take up this challenge every day, encouraged by an Executive Management that strongly asserts its proactive approach and ambition via its CSR Committee.
 
This approach was once again crowned with the best employer in France 2015 award presented by Capital magazine in the services category, well ahead of its main competitors. The award did not happen by accident: it recognises a bold and innovative HR policy.
 
 

Our approach rewarded

In order to ensure continuous improvement, our CSR policy is assessed regularly by external agents.

For the last three years, Synergie has submitted its CRS performance to Ecovadis for an external assessment, with a view to embarking on a sustainable and responsible commercial relationship with its customers. The issues assessed are human resources, business ethics, responsible purchasing and the environment.

In 2015, Ecovadis recognised our CRS approach by ranking us among the top 5% of companies.

Governance

Twice a year, a committee coordinated by the CSR Department brings together the Synergie Group's major players. This committee monitors the CSR actions of all subsidiaries, manages reporting, determines the Group's commitments, and plays a representative role among personnel members.
